At QIMU, every detail is crafted with intention — and now, you can make your piece truly yours through our personalization service. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know before customizing your QIMU.

Personalization is available only on selected leather pieces, including the Hemithea, Micro Hemithea, Mini Hemithea, Muse, Mini Muse, Freya Maxi, Laptop and Tablet Sleeves, and QIMU Charms. 

Please note that suede bags are not eligible for personalization at this time.

You may add up to 3 letters (with or without dots).

Personalization is done in a refined, minimal design to complement each piece’s craftsmanship.

The service is complimentary — no additional charge will be applied.

Because every personalized QIMU is carefully crafted to order, the customization process requires up to five business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This time will be added to the standard delivery period.

As your personalized QIMU is made exclusively for you, customized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
